Masterkleen’s Very Low Moisture (VLM) Encapsulation Carpet Cleaning Method

Masterkleen uses Very Low Moisture (VLM) Encapsulation Carpet Cleaning to ensure we don’t leave our customers homes damp. This quick dry approach used with the right agitation and proper chemicals will release dirt, grease, and most stubborn stains from carpets. After appropriate dwell time, dirt and soils are encapsulated in a special polymer to be vacuumed away in the next 24 – 48 hours. Leaving your carpets shining clean.

This is accomplished with a minimal amount of moisture, allowing a quick dry time and little inconvenience to our customers.

encapsulation_processEncapsulation cleaning is a newer form of cleaning within the commercial carpet cleaning industry. Most dry soil can be removed by routine dry vacuuming. It’s the oily and sticky soils that attract and hold dry soil to the surface. This results in dull, grey and ugly carpet appearance. Encapsulation chemistry cleans better and helps carpet stay clean longer.

We use the encapsulation method to effectively counteract sticky soils by using encapsulation chemistry that surrounds each soil particle and crystallizes so other soil isn’t attracted. The encapsulation particles release from the fiber and are easily extracted with normal vacuuming. This method leaves no dirt attracting residue behind keeping your carpet clean longer. This proven technology of carpet cleaning is standard within the carpet cleaning industry for the maintenance of commercial carpet.

Masterkleen’s Hot Water Extraction Steam Cleaning Method

rotary_machineBy far our most popular and proven method for deep cleaning. Hot water extraction is used when our IICRC certified technicians determine this method provides the best results based on carpet, traffic areas and spotting occurrence.

There are no long dry times, typically associated, with steam cleaners. Our industrial hot water extraction machines, along with specially designed extraction tools, remove more water and dirt allowing dry times as low as 3 hours.
