Comment: I have MasterKleen come and clean my carpets at least 3 times a year. The carpet is almost dry when they are done! I have used other companies, but it usually takes until the next day to fully dry out. The owner and his right side man are the same individuals that come out each time. They are very outgoing, super nice, funny, and sometimes I ask if they can do a thing or two extra like some cushions or an outdoor rug, and they happily will do those items as well. I will in the future have them do our wood floors, they have done some of them before. They also have cleaned our tile in two bathrooms. I can’t give them enough stars for what they do! I had a stain from a glass of tea that had spilled a little on the carpet, they moved my nightstand and it is completely gone, they cleaned it well and when they move the furniture back they put some foam risers under each corner so it could dry thoroughly!! I will continue to use them to do our outdoor cushions, outdoor rugs, and any other floor in our home!!!! I trust them in my home, which to me is a huge factor as well!
