Reviews for Master Kleen

Do not call them. It's taken 6 months to get a rug back. First time it was delivered over 2 months later and smelled worse than when it left our house. It's now months later again and I can't get them to call me back to set up a delivery time and I've requested my money back. Horrible business to deal with.

I can't recommend Kevin enough. We have had other carpet cleaners in the past that left with our cream carpet still stained and odor ridden. The opposite was true with KDB. He was able to get stains out from before we moved in & eliminated any pet odor. We had been considering replacing the carpet, but it looks almost new now. Kevin is very reasonably priced, is courteous, professional, & does what he says. He will be the only carpet cleaner we use from now on.

We used KDB to seal our tile and grout in our new build home. Kevin worked around our every changing date and made sure the job was completed before we moved in. Kevin was very professional and the workmanship was superb. You will not go wrong with KDB and Kevin.

Amazing job! On time, very nice, military friendly, prices are very agreeable. He was even able to clean my area rug that I was convinced was ruined by my dogs. I highly recommend him!!

Kevin is the carpet master. He did an amazing job on our upstairs carpet that had both pet stains and traffic patterns. He was very proffesional and made our old stained carpets almost look brand new. I can not recomend him enough.

I can't thank you enough for the great work done at my home. I felt like you didn't just clean my carpet, but "restored" it.
Next job will be my office!
Thank you again.

Best clean ever!! Amazing people very friendly!! Love the service!

Used this place after another company left my house smelling like wet dog. He got rid of the odor and spots. Staff was very nice.

The carpet in my massage room was getting pretty bad. Oil from feet had begun to leave a pretty serious mark on the floor. In 15 minutes, Roland had my carpet sparkling clean and all my clients are commenting on the great look!

I have had Masterkleen clean the carpeting in our home several times when they needed it. I have found that, each time, I was extremely happy with the results and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. I had used Stanley Steemer and others in this business, but never was very happy with their results. So, now when we need to have our carpets cleaned, I don't call anyone else. One more thing - their pricing is competitive, but not the lowest you can find. You can always find deals, but the quality of the work counts more with me than hiring the cheapest around, and I've always been happy with the outcome with Masterkleen.

Best carpet cleaners in town! Great service and excellent customer service!!

Kevin was very professional and prompt. His website is very user friendly and super easy to schedule an appointment. He was informative and did a great job on our carpets. I would use his carpet cleaning company again.

The owner is professional, on time and super nice. The prices are affordable. Our carpets look great! We will be using this veteran owned business again! Thanks!

I can not say enough about this incredible company! We had Roland and team come in before our Open House and the carpet looks amazing! The best it has looked in over 5 years! Not to mention that Masterkleen fit us last minute with very little notice. I will be telling all of our friends about the professionalism and results this team has displayed!!

These guys are the BEST!!! I had to call Masterkleen in to clean up the mess that Stanley Steamer left behind. These guys were fast, thorough, and cheaper than Stanley Steamer's "Sale" price. I would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Arrived within timeframe that he gave. Carpets look great! We will definitely be using them again.

Had Stanley Steamer come out and was very disappointed by their work. I found Masterklejeners and was impressed by the knowledge of carpet and stain removal that we so much needed with two dogs and all. They managed to bring my carpet back to its original color and get some really bad stains out. I would recommend Roland Racette to anyone needing their floors cleaned. Great Job and I will be using them again.

Mr. Roland and his associate were very professional and knowledgeable and they treated my house as if it were their own. There were no hidden fees, his trade knowledge was astounding and I found him to be genuine and honest. I will certainly recommend him to friends and family.

Completely satisfied. Showed up on time, did a very thorough job and great service. Would definitely recommend.

Masterkleen did an awesome job cleaning the carpets in my home that I had for sale. When the real estate agent came to do the open house he thought I had replaced the carpets with new. When I told him I only had them cleaned not replaced, he asked for the telephone number so that he could recommend Masterkleen to all of his clients.

Thank you for helping me get the house ready for the baby to crawl around!

This company was excellent. The owner was very friendly, professional and prompt. My carpet is very clean and smells great. Please don't hesitate to give them a call, you will not be disappointed.

Summary: convenient to schedule, professional service and quality results.

The owner, Roland, made it easy to schedule a quick turnaround for service. The prices are reasonable beyond a doubt and the service was personalized. I had been putting off getting the carpets cleaned after multiple attempts of "at home" remedies with no results. They were professional and courteous and really took the time to explain the chemistry behind the stains and how they would attempt to lift or improve them. My carpet was in terrible shape and it has much improved! I can't say enough about the service because to me that was most important. Thank you for being friendly and punctual, would highly recommend to have clean your home or office carpets.

Masterkleen did an excellent job cleaning my carpet! I called two other major companies before I found Masterkleen online. The other two never returned my calls or emails but Roland at Masterkleen called back within a day. He was patient with me, answering all my questions about how best to clean berber carpet ( I also have two dogs). I am very satisfied with their work. The carpet looks fantastic now and the whole house smells good. I will definitely use them again. Just ask for Roland!

I have used Masterkleen regularly for years, when I used to live in Chesapeake, and more recently in Virginia Beach. They have always arrived on time and gotten my carpets and upholstery clean beyond belief.
Once I had a stain on my carpet that would not come out. Roland was able to patch it, like it never happened. They also do an amazing job with tile and grout. They did such a great job on my carpet, I asked them to clean my tile and grout. The results were amazing.
I recommend Masterkleen to all my friends and neighbors in Virginia Beach. If you want a great carpet cleaner, look no further!
