Comment: Do not call them. It's taken 6 months to get a rug back. First time it was delivered over 2 months later and smelled worse than when it left our house. It's now months later again and I can't get them to call me back to set up a delivery time and I've requested my money back. Horrible business to deal with.

Our customers often ask, how long will it take for our carpets to dry? Generally speaking our systems are specially designed to remove more water and dry in just a few hours instead of days. As a result, not only is more water removed but so is the suspended soil. This is why with our system, spots almost never come back.
